Refund policy

Custom orders are non-returnable. However, if an error occurs due to our mistake, we will replace the order at no additional cost.All orders require approval of a final proof prior to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details, including spelling, logo placement, colors, and sizing, before production begins.
